The Council met.

Present as on Yesterday.

William Richardson Esquire who was appointed an Agent for the purchase and Sale of
property taken in Execution on behalf of the State for Caroline, Talbot, Dorchester, Somerset
and Worcester Counties, having transmitted a Bond executed by himself with Henry Dickin-
son, Peter Edmondson and Peter Webb Securities, the Same is approved and Ordered to be
filed.

The Council adjourned 'till Monday morning.

Ordered that The western shore Treasurer pay to Frederick Green Six pounds, one
shilling and one penny due him per Account passed by the Deputy Auditor.

That the said Treasurer pay to Joshua Dorsey, Seven pounds, ten shillings for one
Quarter's Salary as Clerk of the Senate due the 1st. May last.
