William Richardson having resigned his appointment of Associate Justice of Caroline
County[,] Zabdiel Potter was appointed and

Commission issued to Henry Downes, and Gabdiel Potter Associate Justices of the said
County.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Frederick Green ninety three pounds,
fifteen shillings for one quarter's Salary as Printer to the State due the 1st instant.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to William A. Needham formerly a
Sergeant in the late American Army Twenty five pounds, six shillings and three pence for half
pay allowed him from the 8th December 1791 to the 1st Instant in Virtue of a Resolve of the
General Assembly, passed the said 8th December 1791.

pounds and seven pence for making out Abstracts of State debt and subscribing the same and
