[p. 210] Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Randall Fourteen pounds,
one shilling and eight pence due him per Account passed by the Auditors.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Richard Owen Three pounds one shilling
and five pence for tuition of Thomas Walley at St Johns College per Account passed.

Whereas it is represented to the Board that it will be extremely inconvenient to the
Surveyor of Caroline County to attend with his Witnesses on the Day appointed for the
Hearing of the Complaint of Charles Daffin against him

[p. 211 ] Ordered that the Hearing on the said complaint be postponed until the first
Tuesday in May next, and that Summon's for Witnesses be returnable accordingly.

Ordered that copies of the above be enclosed to Mr Martin and Mr Daffin.

Summons's issued to Thomas Hughlett, Benjamin Sylvester, Henry Martindale, and
Henry Nicoles the 3d to be and appear before the Governor and Council on the first Tuesday
