That the said Treasurer pay to Benjamin Rumsey Esquire Fifty pounds for a quarter's
Salary as one of the Judges of the Court of Appeals due the first instant,
[p. 159]

Saturday 17th. November 1792

The Council met.
Present Mr Brice

Mr Davidson

Mr Pinkney

The Auditor is requested to issue a Certificate for the Depreciation of pay to Jacob Palmer
late a soldier, in the late Rawlings' Corps, who died on or about the first Day of November
1780, and to deliver the same to the Treasurer of the western shore, who is Ordered to pay it
over to Michael Palmer Administrator of the said Isaac Palmer.

Tuesday 20th. November 1792

The Council met.
Present The Governor

Mr Ridgely

Mr Davidson

Mr Pinkney

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Samuel Chase Esquire Thirty five pounds
allowed him as Counsel for the State in the Court of Appeals on an Appeal from the Judgement
of the General Court on certain Naval Office bonds.

The Auditor is requested to issue a Certificate for the Depreciation of pay to Benjamin
[p. 160] Posey late a soldier in Colo. Grayson's Regiment from the 10th October 1777
to the 23d day of February 1779, and deliver the same to the Treasurer of the western shore,
who is ordered to pay it to Capt. Francis Sheperd by virtue of a power of Attorney from the
said Benjamin Posey.

The Auditor is requested to issue a Certificate for the Depreciation of pay to Benjamin
Johnson late a private in the third Maryland Regiment, and deliver the same to the Treasurer
of the western shore, who is ordered to pay it to John Connelly Brother and Administrator of
the said Benjamin Johnson,

That the said Auditor be requested to issue a Certificate for the Depreciation of pay to
Leonard Gates late of the first Maryland Regiment from the 1st of June 1778 and deliver the
