The Hon'ble. John Davidson and

John Kilty Esqrs. attended.

Wednesday 20th. May 1789

The Council met.

Present the Hon'ble. James Brice

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to David Bryan late a Soldier of the State
Regiment Twelve pounds, seventeen shillings and six pence part of five Months pay due him as a
Corporal of said Regiment per Certification] of Aud.[itor] Gen'l.

That the said Treasurer pay to Colo. John Hoskins Stone forty two pounds, three
shillings and nine pence for three Months half pay due him the 1st. instant.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

[p. 73] Thursday 21st. May 1789

The Council met.

Present as on Yesterday.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Robert Alexander Twenty two pounds,
fifteen shillings and six pence Specie agreeably to the "Act to adjust the Debts due from this
State" per Certificate adjusted by the Deputy Auditor to the 1st. September 1787.

His Excellency John Eager Howard Esqr. attended.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.
