Ordered that the Treasurer of the western shore deliver to John Klein late a Private in the
German Regiment in Capt. Michael Boyers Company who served for three years, the Certificate
made out in his name for his depreciation of pay—

The Auditor is requested to issue a Certificate to Jacob Miller late a Private in Capt.
Mich'l Boyer's Company in the German Regiment, for his depreciation of pay and to deliver
the same to the Treasurer of the western shore

Ordered that the Treasurer of the western shore deliver to Jacob Miller above, the Certifi-
cate issued in his name for depreciation of pay—

In Council March 23d. 1792

Resolved that the Clerk of the Council be requested to apply to Upton Scott Esq'r for the
Records of the late Upper House of Assembly, to receive the same and have them lodged in the
Council Chamber.

The Petition of Alexander Forsyth of Baltimore County being laid before the Board stat-
ing that he had taken out licence as an Innkeeper for several years past, but had neglected to
renew them at August term last, as he intended to leave this State, but the Winter Season
setting in so severe he was prevented, and at January term last he [p. 47] was pre-
sented and fined by the Justices of Baltimore County Court of Oyer and Terminer and Goal
delivery for selling one gill of Rum, Six hundred pounds of Tobacco and thirty shillings, that
he has a large family of helpless Children, and from the severity of the Winter is rendered
incapable of supporting them. A Certificate from the Clerk of the said Court of the fine, and a
recommendation from three of the Justices of said Court accompanying the Petition, the
Board in consideration of his poverty are of opinion that the said fine of Six hundred pounds
of Tobacco and thirty shillings be remitted, and do accordingly order a remission of the same
on the payment of all Costs arising thereon.
