Commissions issued to Samuel Chase Esq. appointed Chief Justice of the Court of Oyer
and Terminer and Goal delivery for Baltimore County.

James Calhoun, Otho Holland Williams, George Salmon and Doct'r Lyde Goodwin
Associate Justices of said Court.

In pursuance of the Act entitled "An Act to appoint an Agent for the Year 1792 and for
other purposes" Randolph Brandt Latimer Esq'r. executed a Bond with Charles Wallace and
Benjamin Harwood, his securities in the penalty of Twenty thousand pounds, well and
truly to perform the duties required by the said Act on which is endorsed a Certificate from
the Chancellor that the said Randolph Brandt Latimer did this day before him make Oath
that he the said Randolph Brandt Latimer will well and faithfully discharge the duties of
Agent under the said Act.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.
