The Council resumed the appointment of a Member of the Council in the room of
Randolph Brandt Latimer Esquire and after counting and striking the Ballots it appeared
that Cob. Uriah Forrest had the Majority of votes and is therefore declared duly elected a
Member of the Council.

The Council adjourned till Monday morning.
