Michael Conner—Serj't. discharged 29 Jan'y or 3d. Feb'y per Certificates of Colo. Woolford

and Gen'l Gist of the above dates.
George Kelly—Soldier discharged 4 April 1780 per Certificates of Capt. Jonathan Morris and

Col. J. Gunby the above date.

Daniel Shally—Soldier discharged 9 Decem'r 1779 per Certificate of Colo. Jos C. Hale.
Roger Skiffington—enlisted 10 Jan'y 1778 for the war, was missing 16 August 1780 at the

battle of Camden, wounded and taken prisoner.

The Council adjourned till Monday morning.

The Council met.

Present as on Saturday.

The Auditor General is requested to issue a Certificate of Depreciation to Daniel Mclntire
late a soldier in the 4th Maryl'd Regiment who was killed at the Battle of Guilford and to
lodge the same with the Treasurer of the Western Shore.

The Council adjourned till tomorrow morning.

Tuesday 6 December 1791

The Council met.

Present as on yesterday.

The Auditor General is requested to issue a Certificate of Depreciation to Dennis Downey
late a Serj't 3d Maryland Regiment discharged April 1780 per Certificate of Chr. Richmond
dated 2 January 1789—and to John Klien German Regiment enlisted 12 October 1776
discharged 12 October 1779 per Certificate of Capt. Charles Baltzel and Capt. Christ'r Meyer.

The Council adjourned till tomorrow morning.

Wednesday 7 December 1791

The Council met.

Present as on yesterday.

Commission issued to John Ecclston appointed one of the Coroners of Dorchester County,
[p. 13] Commission issued to Thomas Jones, Henry Leeke, Robert Griffith, Solomon
Birckhead, Robert Dennis, Doct'r John Crapper, Ezekiel Richardson, Thomas Woolford, John
Stevens, John Eccleston, John Eccleston Jun'r, Standley Byus, John Keene, Richard Pattison,
David Smith, Levin Woolford and Thomas Nichols appointed Justices of Dorchester County.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.
