That the said Treasurer pay to the said Joseph Clark Twenty pounds, eleven shillings and
one penny for the balance of two Accounts passed by the Auditor General as aforesaid.
His Excellency John Eager Howard Esqr.
The Hon'ble. John Kilty Esqr. attended.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Jubb Fowler Eighteen pounds, fifteen
shillings for One quarters salary as Messenger of the Council and Keeper of the Stadt House.
The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Shaw Twenty five pounds for six
Months Salary as Armourer due 1st. instant.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Tuesday 5th. May 1789

The Council met.
Present as on yesterday.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Mrs. Ann Levascher, widow of the late
Lieut. John Levascher fifteen pounds for three Months half pay due the 1st. instant.
The Council adjourned till tomorrow morning.

Wednesday 6th. May 1789

The Council met.

Present as on Yesterday.

Order that the western shore Treasurer pay to Thomas Jones Esqr. Fifty pounds for one
Quarters Salary as one of the Judges of the Court of Appeals due the 1st. instant

That the said Treasurer pay to Benjamin Rumsey Esqr. Fifty pounds for one quarters
salary as Judge aforesaid.

That the said Treasurer pay to Benjamin Mackall Esqr. [p. 68] Fifty pounds for
one quarter's salary as one of the Judges of the Court of Appeals due the 1st. instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to William Cooke Esqr. Thirty seven pounds, ten shillings
