Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to his Excellency John Eager Howard
Esquire Twelve pounds, ten shillings and six pence due him per Account passed by the
Deputy Auditor.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

[p. 63] Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Joseph Williams One pound,
four shillings due him per Account passed by the Auditor General.

Colo. Henry Hollingsworth of Caecil County is hereby appointed an Agent to attend the
Sales of property taken in Execution at the Instance of the State, in Caecil, Kent, and Queen
Anns Counties, to purchase the same, to receive from the Sheriff or other proper Officer a
legal Conveyance for the property so bought by him, and to sell the same to the best advantage
for the use of the State.
