Saturday 21st. May 1791

Monday 23d. May 1791.

The Council met.

Peter Guide formerly a subject of the King of Sardinia appeared before the Board and
voluntarily made repeated and subscribed a Declaration of his belief in the Christian Relegion
and also took repeated and subscribed the Oath prescribed by the "Act for Naturalization"
wherefore he is now become a Subject of this State.

Col. Uriah Forrest having satisfied the Board that Eight hundred pounds charged
against him on the Auditors Books for the use of the Hospital was never received by him or in
any manner applied to his use [p. 302.]

Ordered that the Auditor General be directed to credit the Account of Col. Forrest with
the said Sum of Eight hundred pounds in the settlement of his Account.

Ordered that the Treasurer of the western shore deliver to William Perry, his and
Jeremiah Bannings Bond passed for the purchase of Confiscated property which belonged to
the late Robert Peacock, He the said William Perry first paying five pounds, five shillings
and interest thereon from the 14 Novem'r. 1786 being the Commission paid to the Intendant
for the Sale of the said Property and the whole of the expence incurred by the State.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Tuesday 24 May 1791

The Council met.

The Board have agreed to allow Mr. Jeremiah Banning Armourer at Easton, One
hundred Dollars per Annum from the 19th day of May 1787.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to William Perry Esquire for the use of
Col. Jeremiah Banning Armourer at Easton One hundred and thirty six pounds, nine shillings
and seven pence balance of Account passed by the Auditor General.

The Hon'ble. John Kilty Esquire attended.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.
