[p. 286] Capt. David Stodder having transmitted to the Board his Obligation with
approved Security in the penalty of five hundred pounds for the return of seventy five stand of
Arms and accoutrements which the Board by their Resolution of the 21st. instant agreed to
lend him. Ordered that Mr. John Shaw Armourer deliver to Capt. Stodder or his Order the
above mentioned seventy five stand of Arms with their accoutrements complete.
The Council adjourned till tomorrow morning.

Friday 1st. April 1791.

The Council met.

Commission issued to John Bracco, Jeremiah Banning and David Kerr appointed Justices
of the Orphans Court of Talbot County.

William Campbell is appointed Agent to make Sale of the confiscated British property
remaining unsold, and with the assistance of the Attorney General to ascertain what property is
liable to confiscation, and to proceed in the most expeditious manner in order to decide the
Right of the State in such property, for which the Board have agreed to give Mr. Campbell
