Commission issued to Joseph Selby appointed one of the Coroners of Ann Arundel County.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Green Three pounds for work done
to the pump at the Government house per Account passed by the Auditor.

That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Earle one pound nineteen shillings for work done
at the Government House per Account passed by the Auditor.

In Council March 2d. 1791

Archibald Bernard of Baltimore County by his Petition, which is accompanied by a
transcript of the Record of the Court of Oyer and Terminer of said County, sets forth that on
the 14th. of December 1789, he entered into a Recognizance of ten pounds for the appearance
of a certain Ann Heron before the Justices of the said Court to August term seventeen hundred
and ninety, to answer presentment and indictment for felony, that the said Ann Heron made
her escape without the knowledge of the Petitioner and did not make her appearance before
the Justices aforesaid agreeably to the tenor of his Recognizance, whereby the same became
forfeited, that Execution hath issued against him for the recovery thereof which he is unable to
