pay, he therefore prays a remission, and three of the Justices of the said Court together with
several respectable inhabitants of Baltimore town having certified as to his poverty, and recom-
mended him to the Clemency of Government—The Board in consideration of all the Circum-
stances do order and direct that the said forfeiture of ten pounds be remitted on his paying all
Costs arising thereon.
