The Council met.

The Council met.

Ordered that the Justices of the several Counties hereafter mentioned, pay to James
Lingan Esqr. Collector of George town District, the Sums respectively annexed to the Same
for an allowance of one penny on each hogshead of Tobacco inspected in the said Counties
and shipped from the District aforesaid agreeably to An Act of Assembly entitled "An
Act to regulate the inspection of Tobacco."

Montgomery County 4412 hhds Eighteen pounds, seven shillings and two pence

Prince Georges 1721 Seven pounds, three shillings and five pence

Charles 412 One pound, fourteen shillings and four pence

St. Marys 255 One pound, one shilling and three pence

Frederick 260 One pound, one shilling and eight pence

Dorchester 38 Three shillings and two pence

Somerset n Eleven pence

Ann Arundel 7 Seven pence

Worcester 4 Four pence

Calvert 13 One shilling and one penny.

Queen Anns 2 Two pence

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Wednesday 8th. December 1790

The Council met.

Present as on Yesterday.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to the Revd. Mr. Higinbothom three
pounds for Six Months Tuition in St. Johns College of Master Thomas Walley per Acc't.
rendered.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.
