The Council met.

Present as on Yesterday.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Montjoy Bayley one hundred and
eighty pounds, ten shillings agreeably to a Resolution of the General Assembly of the 1st.
instant directing [p. 253] the Auditor to state the balance due to Mr. Bayley, the
Board to draw an order and the Treasurer to issue a Certificate for the same.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.
