Williams Collector of Baltimore district the sums respectively annexed to the same, for an
allowance of one penny on each hogshead of Tobacco inspected in the said Counties and
shipped from the district aforesaid agreeably to an act entitled "An Act to regulate the
inspection of Tobacco, viz.

Twelve shillings and ten pence

Two pounds, four shillings and eleven pence

Seven pounds, fourteen shillings and three pence

Fifteen shillings and eight pence.

Eight shillings and ten pence

Four pounds, nine shillings and one penny

Two pounds, fifteen shillings and six pence

One pound and two pence

One shilling and seven pence

Five pounds, eight shillings and eight pence

One pound fifteen shillings and eight pence

On the Petition of James Spear of Cascil County praying to be discharged from the

forfeiture of a Recognisance imposed on him by the Justices of the said County, it appears

to the Board by a transcript of the Record of Caecil County Court under Seal, that the said
James Spear on the Monday before the second Tuesday of June in the year of of our Lord
one thousand seven hundred [p. 250] and eighty seven, before the Justices of the
