[p. 245] William Hindman Esquire appeared in the Council, produced a Certificate of his
qualification as a Member of the Council, and took his Seat.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Solomon Wright Esqr. Fifty pounds
for a quarter's Salary as one of the Judges of the Court of Appeals due the ist. instant.

The Council adjourned till tomorrow morning.
