The Council met.

Present His Excellency John Eager Howard Esqr.

The Hon'ble. John Kilty

James Brice

John Davidson

Randolph B. Latimer Esquires

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Christopher Richmond Esqr. Thirty
pounds, to be accounted for out of his pay as Agent for attending the settlement of the Accounts
between this State and the United States. [p. 220]

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Shaw forty pounds on Account, to
be expended in the purchase of Wood for the use of the General Assembly and public Offices

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.
