Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Samuel Sterett Esqr. Agent for Messrs.
VanStaphorsts one thousand five hundred pounds Current Money, out of the Money collected
in Virtue of the Act to procure a permanent fund for the Debt due from this State to the said
Messrs. VanStaphorsts, to be applied to the payment of the Advances of Interest made upon the
loan negotiated by them.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.
