Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Allen Quynn Esqr. two pounds, five
shillings and nine pence due on Account for Smiths work passed by the Auditor.

Indulgence granted to James Middleton with Edward Jenkins his Security, of Charles
County for 225 f Stg. of the Emissions of 1769 and 1773 agreeably to the Act respecting the
Debtors &ca. they having transmitted their writing of Consent.

The Council adjourned 'till Monday morning.
