Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to William Kilty fifty pounds to be
accounted for out of his Commissions as Agent.

Indulgence granted to John Smith Brookes of Prince Georges County, with Benjamin
Brookes and Thomas Harwood his Securities agreeably to the Act respecting the Debtors
&ca., the said John Smith Brookes having produced their writing of Consent.

County, with Thomas Lane Emory his Security for f 225 Stg. of the said Emissions of

1769 and 1773 Writing of Consent transmitted.
