Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Gabriel Duvall
Esqr. Twenty two pounds, thirteen shillings and four pence current
Money for the use of and by order Elijah Evans late a Captain in
Rawlings's Regiment, it being the difference of the five Months pay
between a Captain and Lieutenant per Account passed by the Auditor
General.

That the said Treasurer pay to Alexander Contee Hanson One
hundred and twenty five pounds current Money for One Quarter's
Salary as one of the Judges of the General Court to the first of
February last.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.

Wednesday 29th. March 1786

The Council met.

Present His Excellency William Smallwood Esquire.

The Hon'ble. James Brice

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.

[p 112] Thursday 30th. March 1786

The Council met.

Present as on Yesterday.

Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Frederick Green
One hundred and forty six pounds, five shillings and eleven pence
current Money due him on an Account passed by the Auditor Gen'l.

That the said Treasurer pay to William Harwood Twenty five
pounds current Money for One Quarter's Salary as Clerk to the
House of Delegates to the 1st. February last.

That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Harwood Esqr. Commis-
sioner of the Continental Loan Office for the State of Maryland,
Seven thousand, seven hundred and seventy two pounds, seventeen
shillings and seven pence current Money now in the Treasury appro-
priated to Congress.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.

Friday 31st. March 1786
