Samuel Turbutt Wright Esqr. elected a Member of the Council
having Qualified before Alien Quynn Esqr. one of the Justices of
Anne Arundel County on the 21st. of November last, appeared, and
took his Seat. The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning
11 o'clock.
