That the said Treasurer pay to Francis Deakins one pound five
shillings and Eleven pence specie agreeably to the Act aforesaid,
per Account passed by the Deputy Auditor due the 1 September 1787.

His Excellency John Eager Howard Esqr. attended.

The Council adjourned till tomorrow morning.

Wednesday 17th. December 1788

The Council met.

Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Jesse Lock
Eighty six pounds, seventeen shillings and three pence three farthings
Current Money due him per Account passed by the Auditor General.

Abstracts from applications, requesting the preference of purchase
of property supposed to be confiscated, enclosed in a Letter to the
General Assembly, received May 16th. 1787. Normand Bruce for a
part of the vale of Eden 1500 Acres, property of Thomas French
contracted by him to Charles Colson,

June 7, 1787 Margaret Adams of Prince George's County, for the
reversion of Copenhagen in said County 102 1/2 Acres—and a lot of
ground in Funks town in Montgomery County, devised to her for life
by Francis Hatfield, the property of Jonathan Hatfield and Joseph
Hatfield,

June 19, 1787. Robert Ferguson of Charles County for part of a
tract of Land called conclusion and such other lands lying in Mont-
gomery County as were contracted to be sold by Benjamin Reeder
to Samuel Grahame late of Charles County deceased, who died with-
out Heirs in America,

[p 13] July 15th. 1787. Thomas Jennings of Annapolis for a
tract of Land in Anne Arundel County called ferry bridge about 224
Acres late the property of John Nobles Heirs also a tract called Upton
Park in same County about 593 Acres late property of same,

John Bullen of Annapolis for a tract called freeborns
Progress in Anne Arundel County about 526 Acres late property of
same,

October 6th. 1787. John Edward Ford of Charles County for a
tract of Land called Poppleton, in said County, or so much as was for-
merly the property of Eleanor Hubbard,

December 22 1787. Randolph Brandt Latimer for 3930 Acres of
Land lying in Washington County formerly the property of the
Rev'd. Mr. Boucher,
