298 Journal of the State Council, 1784-1789.

That the said Treasurer pay to Benjamin Harrison Esqr. Thirty
one pounds, five shillings for one Quarters Salary as a member of the
Council,

That the said Treasurer pay to John Kilty Esquire Thirty one
pounds five shillings for one quarters Salary as a Member of the
Council,

That the said Treasurer pay to Jeremiah T. Chase Esqr. Thirty
one pounds, five shillings for One Quarters Salary as a Member of
the Council,

That the said Treasurer pay to John Rogers Esqr. One hundred
and eighty seven pounds, ten shillings for One Quarters Salary as
Chancellor due the 1st. inst't.,

That the said Treasurer pay to Benjamin Rumsey Esqr. One
hundred pounds for six Months pay as one of the Judges of the Court
of Appeals due the 1st. instant,

That the said Treasurer pay to Benjamin Nicholson Esquire Sixty
two pounds, ten shillings for one quarter's Salary as Judge of the
Court of Admiralty due the 1st. Instant,

That the said Treasurer pay to Randolph Brandt Latimer Thirty
one pounds, five shillings for one quarters Salary as Deputy Auditor
due the 1st. instant,

That the said Treasurer pay to Christopher Richmond Esqr. Sixty
two pounds, ten shillings for One Quarter's Salary as Aud'r. Gen'l,
due the 1st. Instant.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Thursday 6th. November 1788

The Council met.

Present His Excellency William Smallwood Esquire.
The Hon'ble. James Brice

John Kilty

John Davidson Esquires.

[p 366] Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to John
Shaw Thirty pounds for purchasing Wood for the General Assembly
and public Offices and to be accounted for.

That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Jones Esquire fifty pounds
for One quarters Salary as one of the Judges of the Court of Appeals
due the 1st. Instant.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Friday 7th. November 1788

The Council met.
