The Honorable John Kilty and Benjamin Harrison Esqrs. at-
tended.

The Council met.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Present His Excellency William Smallwood Esquire.
The Hon'ble John Kilty

Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to John Davidson
Esqr. Thirty one pounds, five shillings Current Money for one
quarter's Salary as a Member of the Council.

That the said Treasurer pay to Benjamin Harrison Esquire Thirty
one pounds five shillings for one quarter's Salary as aforesaid.

That the said Treasurer pay to John Kilty Esquire Thirty one
pounds five shillings for one quarter's Salary as aforesaid.

That the said Treasurer pay to James Brice Esqr. Thirty one
pounds five shillings for one quarter's Salary as aforesaid.

That the said Treasurer pay to Jeremiah T. Chase Esquire Thirty
one pounds five shillings for one quarter's Salary as aforesaid.

That the said Treasurer pay to Jubb Fowler thirteen pounds fifteen
shillings for one quarter's Salary as Messenger to the Council and
Keeper of the Stadt house due this Day.

That the said Treasurer pay to John Rogers Esqr. one hundred
and eighty seven pounds, ten shillings for one quarter's Salary as
Chancellor due this instant.
