The Council met.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Tuesday 15th. July 1788
The Hon'ble. John Kilty Esqr. attended.

Wednesday 16th. July 1788

The Council met.

Present The Hon'ble. John Kilty, John Davidson

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

[p 335] Thursday 17th. July 1788

The Council met.

Present as on Yesterday.

Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Randolph B.
Latimer Two pounds, eight shillings and eleven pence due him per
Account passed by the Aud. Gen'l.

That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. Beriah Maybury four pounds
nine shillings and eight pence specie agreeably to the "Act to adjust
the Debts due from this State" per Certificate adjusted by the Deputy
Aud'r. due the 1st. September 1787.

That the said Treasurer pay to Mrs. Mary Hilleary, widow of the
late Lieut. Rignal Hilleary Thirty pounds for Six Months half pay
due to her the 1st. May last.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Friday 18th. July 1788

The Council met.
