Present His Excellency William Smallwood Esquire.
The Hon'ble. James Brice, John Kilty

John Davidson Esquires.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Present as on Yesterday.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Thursday 5th. June 1788

Present as on Yesterday.

Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Joseph Clark
Forty pounds, seventeen shillings and four pence, to enable him to
settle Simon Retalick's Account against the State and to be by him
accounted for.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Friday 6th. June 1788

The Council met.

Present The Hon'ble. James Brice

John Kilty

John Davidson Esquires.

Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Benjamin
Contee Esqr. On hundred and seventeen pounds for his attendance in
Congress per Account passed by the Auditor General.

His Excellency the Governor attended.

Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Thomas A.
Thompson sixty eight pounds, seven shillings and three pence Current
Money due him per Account passed by the Auditor General.
On the Question for Drawing the above Order

The Hon'ble. James Brice, John Davidson Esqrs. were in the
Affirmative and the Hon'ble. John Kilty Esqr. Negative.

The Council adjourned till tomorrow morning.
