The Council adjourned 'till Friday morning 11 o'clock.

Friday 29th. June 1787

The Council met.

Present as on Tuesday.

Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Lt. William
Dixon Forty seven pounds, ten shillings and four pence specie agree-
ably to the "Act to adjust the Debts due from this State" due to him
and Militia under his Command in Somerset County per payroll
examined and passed by the Auditor Gen'l.

That the Said Treasurer pay to Jeremiah T. Chase Esquire
Thirty seven pounds, ten shillings for half a year's Salary as a
Member of the Council.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.

Saturday 30th. June 1787

The Council met.

Present His Excellency William Smallwood Esquire.

The Hon'ble. Jeremiah T. Chase

James Brice

John Kilty

John Davidson Esquires.

Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Joshua Dorsey
Seven pounds, ten shillings Current Money for One quarter's Salary
as Clerk of the Senate ending 1st. May last.

The Council adjourned till Monday Morning 11 o'clock.
