for a quarter's Salary as one of the Judges of the Court of Appeals
ending the 1st. instant, and also the further Sum of Sixteen pounds
thirteen Shillings and four pence for One Months Salary due between
the 1st. October and 1st. November and not heretofore drawn,
[p 228] Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer Credit
William McLaughlin late Collector of Baltimore County with One
hundred and seventeen pounds, thirteen Shillings and Seven pence,
Eight pounds, ten Shillings and Seven pence part thereof to be applied
to the Sinking fund, due him for taxes laid on the State's part of the
Baltimore Works per Account passed by the Auditor General.
The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.

One hundred and one pounds, five shillings for One quarter's Salary
as Commissioner of this State ending the 1st. instant.

That the Said Treasurer pay to Thomas D. Merrick seven pounds,
ten shillings for one quarter's Salary as Clerk of the Court of Appeals
ending the 1st. Instant.
