The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow 11 o'clock.

Wednesday 2d. May 1787

The Council met.

Present as on Yesterday.

Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to John Wright
Thirty three pounds, fifteen shillings for One Quarters Salary as
Clerk in the Commissioners Office due the 1st. Instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to Frederick Green Ninety three
pounds, fifteen shillings for One quarters Salary as Printer to the
State due the 1st. instant.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.

The Council met.

Present as on Yesterday.

Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to John H. Stone
Esqr. Forty two pounds, three shillings and nine pence for 3 Months
half pay as Colonel due the 1st. Instant.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.

Friday 4th. May 1787

The Council met.

Present as on Yesterday.

Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Benjamin
Nicholson Esqr. Sixty two pounds, ten shillings Current Money for
a quarter's Salary as Judge of the Court of Admiralty ending the
1st. instant.

That the Said Treasurer pay to Benjamin Mackall Esquire One
hundred pounds for half a year's Salary as one of the Judges of the
Court of Appeals ending the 1st. instant and also the further Sum
of sixteen pounds thirteen shillings and four pence for One Months
Salary due between the I st. of October and 1st. of November and not
drawn heretofore.

That the said Treasurer pay to Benjamin Rumsey Esquire One
hundred pounds for half a Years Salary as one of the Judges of the
Court of Appeals ending the 1st. instant and also the further Sum
of Sixteen pounds thirteen Shillings and four pence for One Months
Salary due between the 1st. October and 1st. November and not
heretofore drawn.

That the Said Treasurer pay to Thomas Jones Esqr. Fifty pounds
