Thursday 22d. March 1787

The Council met.

Present His Excellency William Smallwood Esquire.

The Honorable James Brice

John Davidson Esquires.

Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Mrs. Ann
Lavascher Widow of the late Lieut. John Lavascher Fifteen pounds
for three Months half pay due the 8th. Instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to Stephen Clark Sixteen pounds four
shillings and one penny due him on two Accounts passed by the
Deputy Auditor.

That the said Treasurer pay to Colo. Uriah Forrest Eighty two
pounds, five shillings for his attendance as a Delegate in Congress
and also the further Sum of Thirty three pounds, fifteen shillings
for three Months half pay due him the 1st. February last per Account
passed by the Auditor General.

The Council adjourned 'till Monday next 11 o'clock.

Monday 26th. March 1787

Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Simon Syday
Six pounds, ten shillings specie agreeably to the "Act to adjust the
Debts due from this State" per Account passed by the Deputy
Auditor.
