Sir,

As on Monday next I intend to qualify and take my Seat
in the House of Delegates, you will be pleased to inform the Hon'ble.
Board, over whom you preside, that I have resigned, and I do hereby
resign my Seat as Member of the Council and Executive.

Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Joseph Clark
Five hundred and sixty pounds, to enable him to discharge sundry
Accounts against the Stadt house and for wages due and that will
become due to the nth. instant inclusive and to account for the same.

That the said Treasurer pay to Michael Kearnan Twelve pounds,
ten shillings for Pay as a Soldier of the Maryland line from the 1st. of
August 1780 to the 1st. of January 1781 per Certificate of the Auditor
General.

That the said Treasurer pay to John Shaw Thirty pounds to be
by him applied to the Purchase of Wood for the public Offices and
Accounted for.

That the said Treasurer pay to Colo. John H. Stone Forty two
pounds, three shillings and nine pence for One quarter's half pay
due him the Ist. instant.
