ten shillings for One quarter's Salary as Clerk of the Court of Appeals
due the 1st. instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to William Harwood Fifty pounds
for two quarters Salary as Clerk of the House of Delegates due the
1st. instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to Joshua Dorsey Eighteen pounds
fifteen shillings for One Quarter's Salary as Clerk of the Senate due
the 1st. instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to Christopher Richmond Esqr. One
hundred and twelve pounds, ten shillings for One quarter's Salary as
Auditor General due the 1st. instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to Randolph Brandt Latimer Forty
three pounds fifteen shillings for One quarter's Salary as Deputy
Auditor due the 1st. instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to William Wells Twenty four pounds
six shillings and One penny for One month and twenty Days Salary
as Assistant to the Aud'r. Gen'l, due ist instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to Benjamin Nicholson Esqr. sixty
two pound ten shillings for One quarter's Salary as Judge of the
Court of Admiralty due the 1st. instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to Frederick Green One hundred and
twenty five pounds, for One quarter's Salary as Printer to the State
due the 1st. instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. John Ward Veazy Seventy
four pounds, two shillings and Eight pence specie agreeably to the
"Act to adjust the Debts due from this State" per Pay roll examined
and passed by the Auditor Gen'l, 1st. June last.

Thomas Hyde exhibits to this Board a Judgment obtained by him
in the General Court against James Russell, Walter Ewer, John
Ewer and John Buchanan, amounting with Costs of Suit, and In-
terest to the 1st. of June 1786 as settled by the Auditor General to
Seven hundred and seventy pounds, One shilling and ten pence
half penny, which is examined and approved.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.

[p 178] Friday 3d. November 1786

Saturday 4th. November 1786

The Council met.
