pounds, three shillings and nine pence Current Money due him for
three Months half pay from 1st. May to the 1st. instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to Messrs. John H. Stone & Co.
One hundred and eighty four pounds, ten shillings Current Money
for so much advanced to Colo. Ramsey and William Hindman Esq.
Delegates in Congress, by Messrs. Willing, Morris & Swanwick per
their Bill, to be charged to the said Delegates on Account.

[The Council] adjourned till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.

[p 157] Saturday 5th. August 1786

The Council met.

Present as on Yesterday.

Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Alexander
Contee Hanson Esqr. One hundred and twenty five pounds Current
Money for One Quarter's Salary as a Judge of the General Court
due the 1st. instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to Frederick Green One hundred and
twenty five pounds Current Money for One Quarter's Salary as
Printer to the State due the 1st. instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to John Kilty Esquire Fifty pounds
Current Money for One Quarter's Salary as a Member of the Council.

The Council adjourned 'till Monday Morning 11 o'clock.

Monday 7th. August 1786

The Council met.

Present His Excellency William Smallwood Esquire.

William Paca Esquires.

Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Lieut. John T.
Lowe for the use, and by order of Joseph Jones late a Soldier of the
2d. Maryland Regiment Twelve pounds, ten shillings for Pay from
1st. August 1780 to 1st. January 1781 per Certificate of Auditor
General.

That the said Treasurer pay to Benjamin Stoddert for the use of
Colo. Uriah Forrest Sixty seven pounds, ten shillings for six months
half pay due the 1st. instant.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.

Tuesday 8th. August 1786

The Council met.

Present as on Yesterday.
