four shillings and eight pence specie agreeable to the "Act to adjust
the Debts due from this State" per Certificate passed by the Deputy
Auditor the 14 August 1783.

His Excellency William Smallwood Esquire attended.
Commissions issued to the following Persons appointed Inspectors
in Caroline County.

Choptank Bridge Warehouse Peter Harrington
Gilpins point Stephen Fleharty

Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to John H. Stone
Esqr. Seventy five pounds Current Money for the use and by Order of
Wm. Harrison Esqr. a Delegate to Congress on Account.

That the said Treasurer pay to Colo. John Hoskins Stone Forty
two pounds, three shillings and nine pence Current Money due him
for three Months half pay from 1st. February to the 1st. May last.

Samuel T. Wright Esquires.

Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to James Ringgold
Thirty eight pounds, twelve shillings and eleven pence specie agree-
ably to the "Act to adjust the Debts due from this State" per Account
passed by the Auditor General the 1st. Instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to Sabrit Sollars, Sixty Pounds,
seventeen shillings and ten pence specie agreeably to the "Act to
adjust the Debts due from this State" due on sundry Certificates
adjusted by the Aud'r. Gen'l, 1st. Instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to Mrs. Anne Levascher the Widow
of Lieut't. John Levascher, deceased, Fifteen pounds Current Money
for three Months half pay allowed her in Virtue of the "Act for the
relief of the Widows of such Officers of this State who died in the
Continental Service" ending the 8th. Instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to Frederick Green One hundred and
twenty five pounds Current Money for One Quarter's Salary as
Printer to the State ending 1st. May last.

His Excellency William Smallwood Esquire attended.

Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Samuel Turbutt
Wright Esquire Fifty pounds Current Money for One Quarter's
Salary as a Member of the Council due in May last.

Randolph Brandt Latimer appointed Deputy Auditor and William
Wells assistant Clerk to the Auditor General, produced to the Board
Certificates of their Qualification.
