Commission issued to Francis Deakins, Charles Beatty and
Thomas Johns appointed a Court of Appeals in Montgomery County,

Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to John Robey
late a soldier of the first Regiment Two pounds, five shillings Current
Money the Balance of five Months Pay from 1 August 1780 to
1 January 1781 per Cert'a. of the Aud'r. General.

That the said Treasurer pay to Robert Couden for the use and by
order of Robert McLeod Twelve pounds, ten shillings Current
Money the five Months pay due him as a private of the 6th Maryland
Regiment from 1 August 1780 to 1 January 1781 per Certificate of
the Auditor General.

That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Tillard Forty two pounds
