Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to James Lee Senr.
One pound ten shillings and four pence specie agreeably to the "Act
to adjust the Debts due from this State" per Acco't. passed by the
Aud'r. Gen'l, the 22d. instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to Joseph Clark Five hundred and
ninety pounds Current Money to be expended in the repairs of the
public buildings on Account.

That the said Treasurer pay to John Shaw Twenty pounds cur-
rent Money to be expended in paying for the Carriage of Arms in to
Frederick Town on Account.

The Council adjourned 'till Monday morning 11 o'clock.
