Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Robert Golds-
borough Esqr. One hundred and twenty five pounds Current Money
due him for One Quarter's Salary as one of the Judges of the General
Court to the 1st. Instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to William Sutton seven pounds nine
shillings and two pence specie agreeably to the "Act to adjust the
Debts due from this State" per Account passed by the Auditor
General.

That the said Treasurer pay to Nehemiah Lingard Four pounds
Eight shillings and four pence specie agreeably to the Act aforesaid
per Account passed by the Aud'r. General.

The Council adjourned till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.

Tuesday 23d. May 1786

The Council met.

Present as on Yesterday.

Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Joshua Dorsey
Cl. of the Senate Eighteen pounds fifteen shillings C. Money due
him for 1 quarter's Salary to the 1st. Instant.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.

[p 133] Wednesday 24th. May 1786

The Council met.

Present as on Yesterday.

Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Cob. Thomas
Gist Seventy seven pounds, eleven shillings and eleven pence specie
agreeably to the "Act to adjust the Debts due from this State" per
two Certificates adjusted by the Auditor General the 1st. Instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to Samuel Willson one pound six
shillings and ten pence agreeably to the "Act to adjust the Debts due
from this State" per Account passed by the Auditor General.

That the said Treasurer pay to John Gassaway Seventeen pounds
and three pence current Money due him as an Assistant to the Auditor
General per Account passed.

Commissions issued to the following Persons appointed Inspectors
for

St. Mary's County

Chaptico & Hamburg Warehouses Stephen Cawood

Llewellens Charles Jordan

Leonard Town Ignatius Abell
