going & attendance to testifie for John Hartwell against John Bou-
chier three hundred & sixty pounds of tobacco

Came the Honble Benja Rozer Esqr & acknowledged satisfaction
to a judgmt obtained by him in Octobr Court last against Tho: Allan-
son for tenn thousand nine hundred thirty four pounds of tobacco
debt And five hundred fifty two pounds of tobacco costs of suite
ffebry 13th 1679
Then was Wm Wells remanded to the Sheriffe of Charles County,
there to remaine in safe & secure custody, until he shall satisfie & pay
a judgmt obtained against him by Abraham Blagg for twenty thou-
sand & sixty pounds of tobacco debt, & fiue hundred thirty six pounds
of tobacco costs of suite, in Octobr Court last

The Defendt by Robert Ridgely his Attorney
alleadged to this Court, that the pns are forreign-
ers, & therefore requested that they might giue
security to pay unto the Defendt costs of suite,
if the aforesaid plts shall happen to be Nonsuited

or cast therein, whereupon came Kenelm Chesldyn Attorney for the
ptts & did acknowledge] that if the aforesaid ptts shall happen to be
Nonsuited or cast in this cause, & shall not pay unto the Defendt
such costs of suite as shall be allowed unto him by this Court, that
then he the said Kenelm Cheseldyn will satisfie & pay the same

Came Thomas Doxey of St Maryes County & made Oath, that
his Servant Katherine Canneday rann away & unlawfully absented
