Whereupon we doe report that we finde John Atkey indebted in
arrearages due unto Robert Edmonds the sume of three thousand
forty & one pounds of tobacco As also the said Atkey hath remain-
ing in his hands unsould of the Goods of the said Robert Edmonds
to the Sume of two Thousand six hundred ninety & six pounds of
tobacco part of the said Goods to be accompted for And also that
att the said meeting att the said John Manings house for necessary
expences we did expend the sume of ffoure hundred pounds of
tobacco And for the trouble of John Hances house the sume of
foure hundred pounds of tobacco In Wittnes whereof we have here-
unto putt our hands & seales this twenty Eight of Septemb^r 1678

Now here att this day to witt the twelfth day of Octob^r in the
third yeare of the Dominion of Charles Lord Baltemore &c Annoq
Doni 1678. cometh as well the said plaintiffe as the said Defend^t by
their Attorneys aforesaid And the aforegoing report of the Auditors
aforesaid being read & heard Itt is considered by the Court here that
the said Robert Edmonds recover against the said John Atkey the
sume of three thousand forty & one pounds of tobacco And also

Goods remaining in The hands of the said John unsould of the
Goods of the said Robert to the Sume of two thousand six hundred
ninety & six pounds of tobacco or the Value thereof And also Six-
teen hundred sixty foure pounds of tobacco costs of suite And the
Defend^t in mercy.
