And the said Jane Williams by Nehemiah Blakiston his Attorney
doth come & defend the force and injury when &c and prayeth liberty
to imparle hereunto untill next Provinciall Court & itt is granted
unto her, the same day is given to the p^lt also
Now here att this day to witt the Seventh day of June in the
fourth yeare of the Dominion of Charles Lord Baltemore &c Annoq
Doni 1679 cometh the said John Wynn by his Attorney aforesaid
& offereth himselfe against the said Jane Williams in the plea afore-
said, but the said Jane came not but made default Therefore itt is
considered that the said John Wynn recover against the said Jane
Williams Exec^rs as aforesaid as well the Sume of two thousand nine
hundred & Seventy pounds of tobacco damages occasioned by the
p^rmisses As also pounds of tobacco costs of suite
And the Defend^t in mercy &c
