County Court, & the Appellant by George Parker his
Attorney being ready to prosecute the same, but the
Defendt not appearing, this cause is continued untill
next Court

Robert Bryan was Attached to Answer unto George

Robins in a plea of trespas Assault & battery
And the said Robert Bryan by Robert Ridgely his
Attorney cometh & defendeth the force & in jury when

&c And the said George Robins although solemnly called came not to
preferre his declaration & prosecute his writt against the said Robert
Bryan Therefore itt is considered by the Court here this day to witt
the Sixth day of June in the fourth yeare of the Dominion of
Charles Lord Baltemore &c Annoq Doni 1679 that the said George
Robins take nothing by his writt, but be in mercy for his false claime
And that the said Robert Bryan recover against the said George
Robins the Sume of Eight hundred fifty fiue pounds of tobacco for
his costs & charges by him about his defence in this behalfe laid
out & expended And the said Robert Bryan may haue thereof
