Obligacon to be void & of none effect, or else to be & remaine in full
force which being by the said Thomas read & heard, he saith that
he hath nothing to say in barr of the said action of the said John
above against him & the said Samuel declared Therefore itt is con-
sidered this day to witt the fourth day of June in the fourth yeare
of the Dominion of Charles Lord Baltemore &c Annoq Doni 1679
that the said John Shelton doe recover agt the said Thomas Hedge
the aforesaid Sume of twenty foure pounds lawfull money of Eng-
land debt, with fiue hundred Seventy six pounds of tobacco costs of
Suite, so that Execution thereof cease until the tenth day of ffebru-
ary next And the Defendt in mercy &c

Whereas there is an action Comenced against me Tho: Hedge
now of Baltemore County & Samuell Hedge & depending in the Pro-
vintiall Court between us & John Shelton of London for a certaine
debt for foure & twenty pounds sterling for paymt of twelve pounds
sterling These are to desire you or any of you to appeare for me in
the same action & to confesse judgment to the said action, for so doe-
ing this shall be yor warrant. Wittnes my hand & seale April 28th
1679.

These may Certifie that satisfaction is made by Mr John Addison
for the debt & Charges due to the Estate of Thomas Notley Esqr

Satisfaction of the judgmt abovesaid was then acknowledged in
open Court by Mr Christopher Rousby

June 6th 1679
Then Henry Bonner the Attorney of ffrancis Wyne acknowledgd
satisfaction for Eight hundred & Sixty pounds of tobacco for his
cost of suite allowed him upon a Nonsuite obtained agt James
Thompson the tenth day of March last
