sive Privilege and Benefit of making and selling a Machine for
threshing of Wheat on a Model by him invented Read the second
Time and will pass — Sent to the Upper House by M.^r Ringgold and
M.^r Steele

The Bill for the Adjournment and Continuance of the High Court
of Appeals and for the Adjournment of the Provincial Court and
for other Purposes therein mentioned — Sent to the Upper House
by M.^r W. Paca and M.^r Grahame. They return and acquaint M.^r
Speaker they delivered the Bill
Daniel Dulany Esq from the Upper House delivers to M.^r Speaker
the Bill entitled an Act to invest John Clayton with an exclusive
Privilege &^te thus indorsed "By the Upper House of Assembly
October 17:^th 1770 Read the first and second Time by an especial
Order and will pass

Also the Bill entitled an Act for the Adjournment and Continuance
of the High Court of Appeals and for the Adjournment of the
Provincial Court and for other Purposes therein mentioned thus
indorsed "By the Upper House of Assembly October 17:^th 1770
Read the first and second Time by an especial Order and will pass
with the following Amendments Viz.^t After the Word "Sitting" in
the second Section add the following Words Viz.^t "And which
cannot otherwise so long continue" And instead of the Words "25:^th
Day of January" in the same Section insert the following Words
Viz.^t "the third Tuesday in February next."
