By the Committee appointed to examine into the Truth of the
several ffacts set forth in the Petition of Bartholomew Pomeroy of
London Merchant
Your Committee in Obedience to the Order of the Honourable
House have examined the several ffacts set forth in the said Petition
and do find the same to be true, that is to say, that John Brooke the
Obligor in the said Petition named did on the twenty sixth Day of
