At a Session of Assembly begun and held at the City of Annapolis
on Friday the ninth Day of May in the sixteenth Year of the
Dominion of the Right Honourable Frederick Absolute Lord and
Proprietary of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron
of Baltimore and so forth Anno Domini 1766 and ending the twenty
seventh Day of the same Month following.
The following Laws were enacted and assented to by his Excellency
Horatio Sharpe Esquire Governor

years &c]
|
Be it Enacted by the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary
by and With the advice and Consent of his Lordships Governor,
and the upper and Lower Houses of Assembly and the Authority
of the same That an Act of Assembly of this Province entituled, an
Act to prevent disabled and Superannuated Slaves being set free
Or the Manumission of Slaves, by any last Will or Testament, made
at a Session of Assembly begun and held at the City of Annapolis
the third day of June One thousand Seven hundred and Fifty two,
be and is hereby Continued and Shall remain and be in full Force
for and during the Term of Twenty Years and unto the end of the
next Session of Assembly which Shall happen after the Expiration
of the said Twenty Years
