offering such Petition to any Person to be Subscribed Advertize-
ments were set up at all the Churches, Chapels and Court house of
the said County notyfying the intention of Offering Such Petition
to be subscribed in Order to be preferred to this House.

Speaker the Bill Entituled an Act to enable the Vestrymen and
Church Wardens of Saint Pauls Parish in Baltimore County to

nominate and recommend Inspectors for Baltimore Town Ware-
house (Indorsed) By the Upper House of Assembly 27th May
1766 Read the 2.d time and will pass

which Bill was Read here and Passed for Ingrossing.
Ordered that the Bill Entituled an Act for reviving and continuing
Actions and Process in Several of the Courts of Law within this
Province be Printed forthwith by M.r Jonas Green, Printer that
Copies may be dispersed to the several County Courts with all con-
venient Speed. Ordered That the following be Entered on the Journal
as the Resolves of this House. Viz.t
Resolved unanimously that the Gentlemen of the Committee of
Correspondence be directed by the Speaker to acquaint Charles
Garth Esq.r that this House unanimously approve his Conduct
communicated in his Letters of the 26th of February and 5th of
March last to Messieurs Tilghman Murdock and Ringgold laid
before this House.
An Ingrossed Bill Entituled an Act to enable the Vestrymen
and Church Wardens of S.t Pauls Parish in Baltimore County to
nominate and recommend Inspectors for Baltimore Town Ware-
house was Read and Assented to and with the Paper Bill thereof was
Sent to the Upper House by M.r Heath and M.r John Hale of Balt.

B: Calvert Esq.r from the Upper house delivers to M.r Speaker
the paper Bill entituled an Act to enable the Vestrymen and Church
Wardens of S.t Pauls Parish in Baltimore County to nominate and
recommend Inspectors for Balt. Town Warehouse
Indorsed by the Upper House of Assembly 27th May 1766.
th' Engrossed Bill whereof this is the Original is Read and As-

sented to Signed by Order U Scott Cl: Up. ho

Ordered that M.r John Goldsborough and Daniel Woolstenholme
Esq.r do acquaint his Excellency the Governor that no Publick
Business lays before this house to Transact.
Samuel Chamberlaine and R.d Lee Esq.rs from the Upper house
acquaint M.r Speaker That the Governor requires the Attendance
of the Lower house immediately in the Upper house
