Ordered that the Bill Entituled an Act for reviving and continuing
Actions and Process in Several of the Courts of Law within this
Province be Printed forthwith by M.^r Jonas Green, Printer that
Copies may be dispersed to the several County Courts with all con-
venient Speed. Ordered That the following be Entered on the Journal
as the Resolves of this House. Viz.^t
Resolved unanimously that the Gentlemen of the Committee of
Correspondence be directed by the Speaker to acquaint Charles
Garth Esq.^r that this House unanimously approve his Conduct
communicated in his Letters of the 26^th of February and 5^th of
March last to Messieurs Tilghman Murdock and Ringgold laid
before this House.
An Ingrossed Bill Entituled an Act to enable the Vestrymen
and Church Wardens of S.^t Pauls Parish in Baltimore County to
nominate and recommend Inspectors for Baltimore Town Ware-
house was Read and Assented to and with the Paper Bill thereof was
Sent to the Upper House by M.^r Heath and M.^r John Hale of Balt.

the paper Bill entituled an Act to enable the Vestrymen and Church
